MBA Program Portfolio & Assessment

My MBA experience has been beneficial, as I have moved from being a software developer focused on technical skills to someone with more strategic thinking and business acumen. Throughout my MBA program, I applied what I learned in the classroom to real-world business problems in areas such as analytics, HR, IT, operations, communication, ethics, and decision-making through the projects I included in my applications. When reviewing the course content, I see that I am ready to move forward in my career, as my technical and business professional skills have been enhanced.

As a software developer, I do more than just build reliable systems. I also help turn data into decisions that matter to business stakeholders. My portfolio shows I can define business questions, build measurement systems, solve organizational problems, and use analytics as a strategic tool. This experience has prepared me for the next step in my career, whether that is in people analytics, HR tech, or as a bridge between IT and business. To further develop my skills in Outcomes 2 and 5, I plan to gather more real-world examples of ethical behavior, governance, and teamwork from the workplace.
